30 days to return your products:
If you wish to return all or part of your order (excluding gift cards), you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so.
The item(s) you wish to return, or exchange must have been purchased on the Roxy.com website and delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in its original packaging along with all instructions for use, accessories and its original barcodes and labels. In the case of an item that is damaged, worn or returned without its original packaging, Roxy reserves the right to refuse the return of the order.
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact our customer service team and follow the instructions we will give you, otherwise we will not be responsible for the return costs.
We do not offer online exchanges; however, we do accept returns.
Please return the goods in its original packaging for a refund and place a new order.

You have the possibility to return or exchange your items for free in a shop. To find out if the shop you have chosen offers this service, when you are searching for the affiliated points of sale, please check if this icon is present .
An exchange can be made from the moment the store has the item in question.
If you want to change an item and you do not have the possibility to go to a shop, send it directly to our warehouse to get a refund and then place a new order.
